We design & executive a proprietary approach called the Multi-Phased Data Strategy (MPDS). The MPDS quantifies qualitative data in order to create data driven decision making processes while improving employee moral via an MPDS segment called "Cultural Shifting". Cultural Shifting is not to be confused with it's more aggressive brother culture change.
